Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor Declaration
Issued pursuant to Financial Promotion Order 2005, Article 50A
Investor Declaration
I declare that I qualify as a self-certified sophisticated investor for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 because I satisfy at least one of the following criteria:
Criterion (a)
I am currently, and have been for at least the last 6 months, a member of a business angel network (e.g., Angel Investment Network, UKBAA, or equivalent).
Criterion (b)
I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company within the last two years (from 4 August 2023 to 4 August 2025).
Criterion (c)
I have worked within the last two years (from 4 August 2023 to 4 August 2025) in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, venture capital, or corporate finance.
Criterion (d)
I am currently, or have been within the last two years, a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.

3. I will not invest more than 10% of my net assets in this opportunity

5. I have read the FCA's Sophisticated Investor Warning Notice
