High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) Self-Certification
Issued pursuant to Financial Promotion Order 2005, Article 48
Investor Declaration
I declare that I qualify as a high net worth individual for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 because I satisfy at least one of the following criteria:
Income Criterion
I had an annual income of at least £100,000 during the last financial year (1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025).
Note: "Annual income" means total income from all sources before tax, excluding pension withdrawals.
Net Assets Criterion
I held net assets to the value of at least £250,000 throughout the last financial year (1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025).
Net assets calculation EXCLUDES:
- Primary residence
- Loans secured on primary residence
- Pension benefits (including withdrawals)
- Life insurance policies

1. I meet at least one of the criteria stated above
2. I understand the risks of unregulated investments
3. I have consulted independent financial/legal advisors if needed
4. Nrutseab Ltd (Company No. 15647563) is not FCA-authorised
5. Complaints redress limited to £150,000 via Financial Ombudsman Service

1. I adopt this full declaration as my own statement
2. I affix my electronic signature to this document
3. This declaration remains valid for 12 months from submission
