Common Questions
When does the portal go live?
Within 5 business days of any presale hitting the $1 million threshold. All customers receive email notification with access credentials.
How are refunds processed?
If milestones not hit, or delivery doesnt hit the date listed on our presale website, refunds are triggered. You can verify refund status live in the portal at any time.
How do I make sure my money isn't used for something else?
We usually use a third party escrow provider - provider name will be presented on every dashboard in realtime. On top of that we'll ensure we're big-n audited periodically.
Can I verify my individual contribution?
Yes. Use your customer login to track your specific contribution, see which milestones it has funded, and monitor release schedules specific to your investment.
Are public presales and B2B engagements the same?
No. Public presales and B2B engagements operate under separate frameworks, contracts, and risk structures. Public presales are designed for early adopters and follow a dedicated refund and delivery policy. Enterprise, institutional, and strategic engagements are handled through our B2B division. For all B2B inquiries, please visit b2b.nrutseab.com
What qualifies as a B2B engagement?
B2B engagements include (but are not limited to): Enterprise or institutional procurement, Strategic partnerships and co-development, Licensing, infrastructure, or systems integration, Advisory, audit, or certification services, Asset acquisitions such as private aircraft, and Bespoke or custom services. These engagements are scoped individually and are not processed through the public presales system.
Is there a deposit required for B2B or bespoke engagements?
Yes. B2B and bespoke engagements require a 5% commitment deposit to initiate feasibility, scoping, and capacity allocation. This deposit is non-refundable in cash, but credited in full value to the client. The deposit may be applied to future engagements, or deducted from the final product or delivery price if execution proceeds. This ensures seriousness while preserving client value.
What happens if a B2B or bespoke project does not proceed?
If a B2B or bespoke engagement is discontinued after feasibility or scoping: No further fees are incurred. The commitment deposit remains credited to the client and may be used toward future work with Nrutseab. We do not force execution where delivery confidence cannot be met.
Are B2B and bespoke funds handled the same way as public presale funds?
No. B2B and bespoke funds are governed by contractual agreements, milestone structures, and enterprise-grade terms. Public presale funds follow a consumer-facing transparency and refund framework and are never commingled with B2B or bespoke funds.
Why separate public presales and B2B/bespoke engagements?
Because they serve different audiences with different expectations: Public presales prioritize transparency, simplicity, and refund clarity. B2B and bespoke engagements prioritize customization, contractual precision, and long-term value creation. Separating the two protects trust, execution quality, and accountability.
Where should enterprise clients or family offices start?
All enterprise, institutional, or family office clients, and anyone interested in bespoke services, should begin at b2b.nrutseab.com. Our B2B team will guide you through feasibility, scoping, deposit structure, and engagement milestones before any execution decisions are made.
